BE KIND WHENEVER POSSIBLE

 IT'S ALWAYS POSSIBLE

HOW TO HELP I VOLUNTEER NOW

The Tsuklakhang Trust is a non-profit organization that relies entirely on the kindness and generosity of those individuals and communities that believe in our vision and have faith in our work.

No contribution—financial or otherwise—is too small. By sharing the merit of our contributions,

we hope to achieve our collective goal.

Get Creative

We encourage donors to come up with imaginative ways to support the Trust and we welcome your input to this creative generosity.

  • Consider these possibilities:

  • Coordinate a fundraiser

  • Donate one week of your annual salary

  • Introduce us to a business, foundation, trust, or other potential donor

But please contact us before using the Trust’s name in conjunction with any fundraiser.

Get Involved

One of the easiest and most affordable ways to help the Trust is by giving your time as a volunteer on a regular or one-off basis for everything from events to skills sharing.

On festival days, we appreciate volunteers who can help with cooking, serving, setting up, and cleaning.

Throughout the year, we appreciate volunteers who have skills or time that they are willing to share whether it be at a health camp for the monks or website creation.

Please contact us first so we can coordinate our volunteer efforts and work together.

Sponsor a Monk

The Trust is responsible for the care and education of over 120 monks and practitioners. It provides the environment in which the monkbody can flourish. These young monks will be the vehicles of knowledge and wisdom through which all in Sikkim will benefit. Sponsoring a monk is an investment in the future of Sikkim.

You can support a monk on an annual INR 65,000/year.
